Fees

Starting June 5 we will be offering community acupuncture at our new clinic space located at 5 Manor Parkway in Salem, NH. To schedule an appointment, call 603-458-6948 or schedule online.

Community Acupuncture Fee:

There is a one-time $10 intake fee due at the first appointment.

Acupuncture appointments are on a sliding scale of $15-$35 each visit.

You decide what you can afford, no questions asked. The purpose of the sliding scale is to separate the issues of money and treatment; we want you to come in often enough to really get better and stay better! We understand that everyone’s situation is different, and our primary goal is to make acupuncture available to you as often as you need it.

Payment Options:

We prefer cash or checks, but can accept credit cards. Payment is appreciated at the time of service.

Insurance:

We cannot do insurance billing because we have a sliding scale (that’s the insurance companies rule).

Please check with your health insurance company for information regarding acupuncture coverage under your plan. On the rare occasion that there is coverage, we will provide you with a statement you can submit for reimbursement. Statements are also provided for flex-spending account reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy and ask that you honor our $10 cancellation fee for an appointment canceled late unless we are able to fill the time slot. Appointments canceled at least 12 hours in advance allow us the time we need to contact those who may be on a waiting list.
