All services are administered in private treatment rooms. Herbal prescriptions are included with all acupuncture appointments upon request. The cost of herbs is not included. Prices as of December 2011.
Initial Acupuncture Appointment (90+ minutes) $75.00
Currently offering 20% off the cost of this service. Cannot be combined with any other discounts.
First acupuncture appointment that consists of a detailed health history consultation and acupuncture treatment including adjunctive therapies such as cupping, moxabustion, Gua Sha, and infrared heat therapy, if appropriate.
Acupuncture Appointment (60+ minutes) $55.00
This is a follow-up acupuncture appointment including appropriate adjunctive therapies.
Second Acupuncture Appointment in 1 Week $45.00
Second standard acupuncture appointment in one calendar week (defined as seven consecutive days starting on a Sunday).
One-Sided Acupuncture Appointment (40+ minutes) $45.00
Some effective acupuncture styles and treatments require treating only one side of the body. Examples include pain and stress management, smoking cessation and detox, weight loss, chemotherapy and radiation support, labor induction, and moxa for breech baby position.

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is appreciated at the time of service.
Insurance
We are an in-network Harvard Pilgrim provider and are able to bill them directly for acupuncture services covered under certain plans.
Please check with your health insurance company for information regarding acupuncture coverage under your plan. We will provide you with a statement you can submit for reimbursement if we are an out-of-network provider. Statements are also provided for flex-spending account reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and ask that you honor our $25 cancellation fee for an appointment canceled late unless we are able to fill the time slot. Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance allow us the time we need to contact those who may be on a waiting list.
